Tremough Campus Services (responsible for University College Falmouth and The University of Exeters’ impressive Cornwall campus) needed to open up an additional revenue stream by renting out unused Halls of Residence over summer. Brought on at the last minute, our brief required targeting of two seperate audiences – students and family holidaymakers, and all on a modest budget with a tight deadline looming. The solution was two seperate but complementary websites, each powered by the same third-party booking system but targeting very different audiences, backed up with a range of supporting materials.
